The Onassis Team recently had the chance to visit Blue Bottle Coffee’s Brooklyn roasting location.  Not only did we get a chance to see and learn the roasting process, but we also got to indulge in some great, fresh coffee.

How fresh you ask?  So fresh that anything they serve was roasted less than 48 hours before served.  This sticks to the Blue Bottle Coffee founder’s original vow,

“I will only sell coffee less than 48 hours out of the roaster to my customers, so they may enjoy coffee at its peak of flavor. I will only use the finest organic, and pesticide-free, shade-grown beans.”
